What started as a curiosity for photography soon turned into a love for creating meaningful content for small businesses. But after planning her own wedding in 2024, Cecilia found a new love for capturing the beauty, emotion, and tiny details that make every wedding unforgettable.

Her background in operations and management might seem far from weddings, but the common thread has always been people. Caitlin has an intuitive way of understanding what couples need, keeping things calm, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. When she does step in on a wedding day, she focuses on the small, meaningful moments—the ones that often go unseen but say everything.

Now, with a strong team in place, Caitlin spends most of her time supporting the creators, ensuring they have everything they need to help couples feel cared for, understood, and celebrated. And outside of work, she’s a dog mom, aunt, and total foodie (her Instagram @Ms.Chester_NJ says it all).

We also bring a backup phone to ensure nothing is ever missed, so you can feel confident that every candid, emotional, and behind-the-scenes moment is captured.
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on working seamlessly alongside your photographer and videographer. Our role is to complement their work—not compete with it. We aim to stay out of their way while capturing our own unique, behind-the-scenes perspective.
Before your big day, we love to connect with your media team to align on the flow of the event, discuss how we can best support their vision, and ensure everyone is working together to give you the most complete, cohesive coverage possible.
You’ll receive all of your content within 24 hours through a Dropbox link. Everything is neatly organized into folders—raw clips, edited videos, and photos—so it's easy to find, download, and start reliving your day right away. No waiting weeks to see your memories come to life!
Simply fill out our contact form, and we’ll be in touch to learn more about your event and walk through the details. If you decide to move forward, we’ll send over a contract and invoice for a 50% deposit to reserve your date (the remaining balance is due one month before your wedding). Before the big day, we’ll also schedule a video call to go over everything, answer any questions, and make sure you feel confident, comfortable, and excited about what’s to come!
